I wanted to make a list of the things that I did today to make myself feel better/more motivated. I was staying with my cousins, so spending time with them was already wonderful, but we made a fantastic breakfest. That's something I've been trying to do, since I tend to eat cereal in the morning, which doesn't give me much energy. We had scrambled eggs, potatoes AND hashbrowns, rice and kimchi (which is one of my favourite foods.) I helped my aunt and cousin with some gardening, and I read with them. All in all, these things helped me to feel better, because I felt like I'd spent time doing things that I love, instead of just being on my phone. That's all, but I hope you did something good for yourself today, even if it was hard (which I understand.)
